Oops... I think I made a mistake here. I managed to make it work. My mistake. I
forgot to select "reference" in the menu "Add reference". The first choice is
"page", but I had to select the option "reference". If I do that, i works like
a charm.

I'm very sorry for this false bug report. You can consider this as "not
reported".
