Description:
In MS Word and Google Docs, typing an asterisk at the beginning of a line
creates a bulleted list. This should also happen in Writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type an asterisk at the beginning of a line.
Actual Results:
It remains an asterisk.
Expected Results:
A bulleted list is created.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
