Description:
After I saved an ODT file (attached) having a table with borders, then
reloading the file (both by closing/reopening LO and using the File -> Reload
menu), the borders are not present (or visible) anymore.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file.
2. Select, for example, the first two rows in the first table.
3. Draw all borders.
4. Close LO, reopen the file.

Actual Results:
No borders are present/visible.

Expected Results:
The borders I've added to the table should be present/visible.
