Description:
In the attached docx file the columns height in the table changed as the
attached picture shows.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached file.

Actual Results:
The tables cells change their heights, the empty cells now have most of the
height instead of the ones with foo bar text in them.

Expected Results:
The table rows should keep the original heights


Reproducible: Always
