While we want to remember the last user choice in general (see Blocked), I'm
not sure it's generally wanted here. One scenario is to open documents from one
project/folder but the other is to switch and in this case the default path is
okay. Could imagine, however, to keep the last choice as long the module is
open. Meaning unless the Writer/Calc/* document is not closed the path will be
remembered. (Haven't tested if it works like this right now.)
