Description:
I create a set of text pairs separated by a TAB,
then I convert the list to table, expecting a table
with thin black borders by default.
However the borders are YELLOW and very hard to see.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create list of text pairs
2. convert to table from menu
3. see the result
Actual Results:
YELLOW lining
Expected Results:
Black borders
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

This seems to have been introduced since 6.2
