Repro 6.4+.
LO opens 47 pages with  ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM..., MSO opens 10 and then 44 pages
with 65 endnotes.
As noted, if DOCX resaved with MSO, LO opens 45 pages with endnotes. Reason is
empty page after <notes> before endnotes begin, but that's another issue not
worth reporting because document is messy.
