Description:
When a text is selected and then QR code dailog in called the code makes QR
code to be generated replacing the current text.

The QR code and the text should co-exist.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In writer, select some text.
2. Insert -> QR Code..
3. Generate QR code.

Actual Results:
The QR code replaces the selected text.

Expected Results:
The QR code should co-exist with the selected text.


Reproducible: Always
