Are you sure it's "2909", not "2902"?

You can also brutal method:
- uninstall any LO version
- remove or backup LO profile (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)
- install new LO version (make sure it comes from official website
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)
