Description:
The pasting of the picture from clipboard stop to work. First is ok, but after
other pictures it stops work. And nothing is inserted. Problem found on Windows
10 version. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Don't know exactly. Looks like mixing the paste of simple picture, text and
picture again.

None

Expected Results:
Pasting the picture from clipboard.
