Try to uninstall languagetool 4.3 + remove/backup your LO profile (see
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) before installing 4.6
Perhaps languagetool upgrade is buggy.

If you got some error messages, you can attach them here (some people may help
you) but the way would be to contact them.
