According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_separator +
https://sadev.co.za/content/how-correctly-format-currency-south-africa +
https://limn.co.za/2013/05/south-african-number-formats/, decimal separator is
a comma.
Even if with the time, "." may become the standard.

Decimal separator for South Africa seems defined here:
