Description:
Make Help's text area's font size scalable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press F1;
2. Locate the cursor onto Help's text area which is located at the right side
of the Navigation panel;
3. Attempt to increase font size by any mean.
Actual Results:
Text's font size rather small on my screen.
Expected Results:
Text area's font size to be larger enough to be easily readable; a mean could
be: Press to get smaller or larger respectively 'Ctrl + -' and 'Ctrl + +',
which is the way it operates in web-browsers.
Reproducible: Always
