Description:
I cannot select a page range from a large document, for example, 10-20 pages
and select odd/even pages at the same time. If you select odd/even, you cannot
select a range.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Print window
2) Pages 10-20
3) Choose odd or even
4) Then the range will be unavailable

Actual Results:
Even/odd pages of the full document will be printed.

Expected Results:
Select range and even/odd pages simultaneously.

User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
In version 6.2 and below, this worked.
