Description:
Installation of LibreOffice version 6.2.7 recognize the installation path on my
Windows 10 Laptop. The version 6.3.1 does not. If I change the installation
path by hand and click on next, the installation process frozes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start installation process
2.Change the installation path
3.The software is going to frozen

Actual Results:
I have to cancel the installation process

Expected Results:
Go on further with installation process


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
