When exporting to PDF what settings on the dialog are you using?

I can not confirm on 6.3.1.2 on Windows with either Uncompressed, or JPEG
compressed 90%, and with DPI reduced to 300dpi. Exported PDF shows full
background and image anchored either to paragraph or to page.  => WFM
