Hi Xisco, Scroll Lock it's for move the cell when activated instead of change
the cell with the arrow keys, although seems in some Linux it's an issue
because it's used to change the keyboard layout.
I think has nothing to do with this issue.
The reported behavior it's only available for me when the cell begins with an
'=' that implies usually a formula is going to be written, but can be a bit
annoying if the formula has text and you want to move the cursor for correct
something.
But I don't think can be a bug, maybe some improvement can be done.
