Description:
Theme partially applied if not at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. For comparison only under Linux running Gnome 3.34 while gnome-tweaks is
installed, set theme as Adwaita-dark;
2. Under Windows 10 under Tools | Options | Personalization | Preinstalled
theme; select Dark;
3. Test that appearance is effective and applied uniformly.

Actual Results:
1. Theme is uniformly applied, which is well achieved; see
gnome-3.34.0_adwaita-dark_libreoffice-6.3.1.2_*.png
2. Theme is partially applied, or not at all; see
windows-10_1ibreoffice-6.3.1.2_*.PNG

Expected Results:
Appearance to be effective and applied uniformly as it is under Linux running
Gnome 3.34.
