I tried clearing out appdata, uninstalling, using bitdefender to clear any
registry issues, rebooting, and installing 6.2.7.  I got the same error.

It still says it crashed the last time it ran, even though this version hasn't
run before.

The latest crash report (of several) is now listed above.
