Description:
By default, Format -> Spacing -> Spacing is on 10%
Since LO 6.2.0 I get a space before comma (not with dot).
I get the problem with 6.2.0, 6.2.4 and 6.3.2 (Linux) and 6.3.2 (Windows).
It dos not appear with LO 6.1.2
It's a regression

To reproduce :
1. Write 1,23 
2. Select
3. Insert -> Object -> Formula
