Description:
UI: being hard to get the right focus to cut a table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Mission: Select only outer border of the table frame & right click -> Cut

Actual Results:
It's hard to cut a table frame with a frame especially with another frame in
the background

Expected Results:
When clicking the table the content shouldn't be selected, which makes it
easier to cut/paste 


Reproducible: Always
