This bug is reported wrong "recovery problem after Impress crashed " but minor
issue exists and can be seen in attachment 157800 or new ODP. Repro 7.0+.

ISSUE: When background image is set, after file reopen it's name is not in
Sidebar-Slide-Properties and it's not selected in Slide
Setup-Properties-Background.

With LO 5.2, right-click Slide/Page Setup or Slide Properties would show
background as Bitmap and it's preview. With LO 5.3, bitmap not selected not
shown, same as in 7.0+. I'll mark regression, because that was worse in UI
change.
With LO 5.0 Sidebar didn't have slide properties. With LO 5.2 Sidebar name
available but not shown. That would be ImplementationError. So different issue,
but let's keep together.
