When open specials Characters LibrreOffice crash
in all LO moduls (writer, draw, calc)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open writer for example
2.Insert > Special Character
3.CRASH

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
Open Specials characters box


Reproducible: Always
