Per FerbTux 2020-04-03 18:20:58 UTC Comment 67 bug id 127782 (#c67):

With 'Attach Modal Dialogs' OFF and 'Windows Action Key' <Super> (pre-selected):

<Super> key does not do anything.

Alt-F7 does allow the Print dialog window to be moved up past the
GNOME shell topbar, making the Print button visible.

HOWEVER, 'Press ENTER to confirm' does NOT release the 'move hand' to
allow clicking on the Print button.

Have tried every Ctrl- and Alt- and <Super>' key combination to
release the 'move-window' action, but was unsuccessful, making my only
recourse to Cancel with Alt-F4.

Will continue to use the Tab key workaround in the meantime. In my
opinion, LibreOffice is still the best Microsoft-compatible FOSS
Office suite, without comparison.

I am not a programmer, and having trouble negotiating this discussion.
But I am now aware of the overwhelming number of issues you are all
dealing with, and will be satisfied to know that issues are being
triaged and addressed. Therefore, I shall withdraw from this mailing
list. Thank you everyone for your conscientious work.
