Example file from Word

Attached file contains VML shapes (imported as frames) with BTLR text in them.
When opened in Writer the text is correctly rotated, but the shapes themselves
are not.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
Text boxes are not rotated.

Expected results:
Text boxes are rotated.
