Description:
I think a useful enhancement would be to keep current chapter on top of the
screen, maybe in a strip just below or above the ruler, for instance.

Actual Results:
Chapter just gets lost when you scroll down

Expected Results:
Chapter title keeps in a line above text, even when you go down deep in the
text
