Modified sample file.

Please rethink about what you are doing,
F8: =SWITCH(D8;B8;C8;B9;C9;B10;C10;C11)
searching for D8 in B column
F8: =SWITCH(D8;C8;B8;C9;B9;C10;B10;C11)
works fine for me.
