Description:
The about info is often added to bug info. It's 'fully' translated I noticed.
Most of the info can be distilled (even when translated), except for
Raster/Vulkan. 

Not translating the About Window could also be considered, IMHO. It quite in
consistent: mixing Cyrillic and Latin for example.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Help -> About in a foreign language
