Description:
Format column chart date format to dd, save file as .xlsx and reopen. X-axis
format is source format.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Using Date and Data columns
2.Insert column chart
3.Format x-axis, Numbers, clear Source format and use format code dd
4. Save as TestChart.xlsx
5. Reopen TestChart.xlsx and Source format is reselected

Actual Results:
Custom Format code is lost

Expected Results:
x-axis format with custom format code


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
Issue does not occur with ods format
