New version of extension

Here are the changes I made:
Remove the whole block
<prop oor:name="Title">
    <value>ExportToGlossary toolbar</value>
</prop>

+ remove this block (but let the content)
<node oor:name="m001">
</node>

I also changed version to put 1.0.2

I let you test on LO and Apache OpenOffice
