Where did you save your document? On the HD of your computer or on an external
drive like an usb drive?

Did you use direct formatting or customized styles? I think that using
customized style allows you to layout your text document in a few minutes.

Status has been set to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once
requested information has been provided.
