A sample DOCX that opens with black text background in Writer

The attachment opens with white background in Word 2016. See discussion at
https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/238353/.

The document is generated by a third-party service. The text in question indeed
has the black text fill; yet, Word does not apply the black background, so
there seems to be an interoperability bug here.
