So, with LibreOffice running--the WM_FONTCHANGE from the IBM Client Access
(pscws.exe) triggers the salframe.cxx -> bNewFontLists action.

Could handling of the ImplHandleSettingsChangeMsg [1] for the WM_FONTCHANGE
case be tweaked to ignore response to a terminal emulator like this?
