On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I gave a try with
OAuth200o.oxt and had en error message concerning Zip part.

So I rename the oxt in zip (since odf files are zip) and tried to unzip it,
here's the result:
Archive:  OAuth2OOo.zip
  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not
  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of OAuth2OOo.zip or
        OAuth2OOo.zip.zip, and cannot find OAuth2OOo.zip.ZIP, period.

Idem for smtpMailerOOo.oxt
Archive:  smtpMailerOOo.zip
  End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not

Did you change the way to package oxt?
