Description:
After the installation of the above dev version scrollbars are no more present
so its really hard to work with large sheets

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open calc
2.try to move one of the scrollbars
3.

Actual Results:
There is no way to scroll the sheet

Expected Results:
Being able to scroll the sheet


Reproducible: Always
