Description:
After creating a 3D scene using To 3D Object Rotation or To 3D tools I try to
edit the 3D scene created using 3D Effects dialog. I click on the 3D Effects
icon and the dialog does not open. If I use a Windows 10 laptop everything
works OK. This bug only seems to be in macOS.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a 2D object using a basic shape.
2. Convert to 3D using To 3D Object Rotation or To 3D tools
3. Click on the 3D Effects icon to open 3D Effects dialog. Dialog does not open
and cannot edit the 3D scene.
4. I tried the same procedure on Toshiba laptop running Windows 10. 3D Effects
dialog opens and I can edit the 3D scene.

Actual Results:
3D Effects dialog does not open

Expected Results:
3D Dialog open with editing tools available


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
