Description:
This enhancement feature is similar to
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53517.

The Cros project (https://www.sardegnacultura.it/cds/cros-lsc/), a spellchecker
for Sardinian (sc_IT), provides an oxt extension for LibreOffice. The oxt
package contains a .dic file and an .aff file. Would it be possible to add it
to LibreOffice, so that users do not need to install it separately as an
extension? This would, in turn, ease adoption by other programs.

Actual Results:
By default, Sardinian is not included among the language dictionaries in
LibreOffice.

Expected Results:
Providing Sardinian dictionaries by default.
