Description:
Hello.
I'm using LibreOffice 6.3.5.2 64-bits (Spanish language) from Manjaro Linux
repositories. I'm learning how to use base and I realized all wizard are not
translated. I also tested french with same result. However windows version is
well translated.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Base in Spanish language
2. Open a Database.odb
3. Use Wizard to create a {Table, Query, Form, Report}


Actual Results:
The Wizard open in English.

Expected Results:
The Wizard should have opened in Spanish as it does in Windows.
