Description:
When opening any file, this message appears :
["X-LibreOffice.exe"
Error during first run operations
Please retry]
In this case I must first launch soffice.exe and launch the file from the
recent files or from [Ctrl+O].
This bug had already occurred with a previous portable installation
(standalone) version, then disappeared with a following version, it reappears
with portable installation (standalone) Version : 6.4.2.2 (x64)

LibreOffice can't open a file but can open himself soffice.exe
