Hava a old file which I desire to add new information to.  Open file, move to
last entry.  If I attempt to add a page break, a new page is inserted above the
top of the file.

Just installed the above version today.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Oped a old file
2. Move to bottom of file
3. Add PAGE BREAK
4. Look for "new" page after eod of "old" text
5. Look at new page above Top of file.


Actual Results:
New page is added to Top of File.

Expected Results:
Expect new page to be inserted after last text.


Reproducible: Always
