Don't scroll the page because of cutting an image
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Go 2 page 3/4 (preferably in multi-page mode); center the page on screen
3. Cut the image.. LibO scrolls up a number of lines
Actual Results:
Scrolling up
Expected Results:
No scrolling
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
