            Bug ID: 132315
Summary: When protecting image content, you cannot add a
                    caption
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.3.4.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: Ulrich.Windl at rz.uni-regensburg.de

It took me a while to find out the reason why I could not find the menu entry
to add a caption when I checked to protect the image content (not position or
size):
When the image content is protected by checking the corresponding mark, the
menu entries to add a caption are grayed out.
As adding a caption is done be "reframing" the image (i.e.: add another frame
that contains the image frame), I cannot see any sense in this behavior: The
image (pixel data) is not changed when adding a caption anyway.
