[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 131730] The icons of the toolbar(and generaly in the whole interface) are pixelated (in bad resolution) in Windows 10.

Tools > options > view allows also to use SVGs as icon themes. 
Scaling raster images will always end up in loss of quality (or time if the
algorithm focus on quality).
