Description:
tried to add a comment on an inmobilized column, but it´s not possible.
my first column is in "A" and the next one is "AB" (I moved a lot to the right)
I tried to add a comment in one cell of column "A", but the comment box is not
visible. When you try to add a comment on a cell on any other visible columns
it's ok.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.inmobilize the first column
2.move to the rigth and make "C" the column next to "A"
3.add a comment on any cell of column "A".

Actual Results:
the comment box is partialy visible.
If you put the column "D" next to "A", the comment box is hidden.

Expected Results:
the comment box should be visible.


Reproducible: Always
