I just installed the latest LibreOfficeDev version and I checked this "bug"
again. The results are different (= better). I'm adding the information below
just in case it would be useful for someone else later.

LINUX / Debian Version 10, with LXDE interface)

LO Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 4d03bd252274308f64332e7c0523068c38ac684a
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;

Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

These steps still give the error popup  :
- Help -> Get Help Online
- Help -> Send Feedback
- Help -> Get Involved
- Help -> Donate to LibreOffice

These steps now work as expected :
- Help -> About LibreOffice -> Credits
- Help -> About LibreOffice -> Website
- Help -> About LibreOffice -> Release Notes

Makes me happy. :-)
