Bug ID: 132474
Summary: Copying data from Calc isn't always consistent. Might
keep prior data instead of copying desired data onto
Clipboard.
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.2.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: medium
Component: Calc
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: isaac.s.malmstrom at gmail.com
Description:
Whenever I wish to copy data from a cell from the Calc UI, often I have to
press ctrl+C twice in order for the data to actually be copied and therefore be
pasted. Otherwise, what will happen is the previously copied data will be
stored and subsequently pasted instead.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select cell with data.
2. Press Ctrl+C or right click cell and select Copy.
3. Press Ctrl+V or right click onto any text field anywhere on desktop and
paste.
Actual Results:
First couple of attempts performing the above steps produced a normal
copy/paste experience. Then the fourth or fifth time the expected data was not
copied and therefore not pasted.
Expected Results:
The data located in each cell I select should be copied and pasted each and
every time.
Reproducible: Sometimes
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
