Thanks for reporting this bug.  Unfortunately these tips are a bit
Windows/Linux centric, and not well tested for macOS.

I believe the macOS equivalent of "Tools > Options" menu item is "LibreOffice >
Preferences".  Would you please have a look there, and if not, look through the
menus to see if there is a "Preferences" item anywhere, that should be what
this tip is refering to.
