Description:
Ignore All in spellchecker is behaves a "global setting". It won't find the
ignored word in any other document that session (in every language)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press F7
3. Hold Alt+G until finished
4. Close the file without save & reopen. -> nothing found (no red lines)
5. Change the language of the document and do a spell check (not much found)
6. Close LibreOffice
7. Relaunch & open file again

Actual Results:
Ignore all behaves as session setting

Expected Results:
Only for the document; until close


Reproducible: Always
