You have in the file "Arrow was created on LO 6.2.8.2", but I don't know how to
arrive to this correct result. How do I extract this arrow from the generated
polygon, so I can be sure that the result was correct?

If I click the Preview button, the preview appears just fine.

Tested on Windows and Linux.
