Hi Jillian,

So that other people can help you better, please let us know which version of
LibreOffice and which version of Windows you're using. In this case the
hardware you're using can be helpful too (e.g. computer, type and model).

The header of this report suggests that you're using LibreOffice 3.3.0. Is that
the version you're using?

I know that you can't start LibreOffice and click
   Help -> About
but there's something else you can do.

I assume you're running Windows. Under Windows 10 I did a standard LibreOffice
installation. In my case LibreOffice is found in:
   C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program

Please go to "soffice" or "soffice.exe" right-click it, and then choose:
   Properties -> Details

You will find the version after "File Version" and "Product Version".

I changed the status of your report to "NeedInfo". After you added your Windows
and LibreOffice version, please set it back to "Unconfirmed"
